Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture from your sign-in provider (Google). If you subscribe, payment details are processed and stored by Stripe — Sankify never sees or stores your card number. We also record product usage (visualizations generated, credits used, features accessed) to operate metering, billing, and support.

What we don't collect

The financial data in every chart comes from public SEC EDGAR filings — nothing in a visualization is about you. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your data to train machine-learning models.

How we use your information

• To provide and improve the service (accounts, subscriptions, credit balances).
• To send transactional email (receipts, filing alerts you opted into, support replies).
• To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed — unsubscribe anytime.
• To understand aggregate product usage via analytics.

Third parties we rely on

Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), our hosting and database providers, and Google Analytics. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account data while your account exists. To delete your account and associated personal data, email support@sankify.com and we'll process the request within 30 days.
